The main goal at the sealing and sealing of work gaps is to prevent entrance of water and its contaminants into the structure. For this reason, there are several load options and it is not possible to use the same solution for each option. It is mainly pressured sealing and non-pressure sealing of gaps. The main goal is to overcome the movement in the structure and prevent penetration of liquids into reinforced concrete and steel structures. Sealing and sealing of work gaps is done before the repair of dilatations, where the goal is to prevent leaking of waters and other liquids through the structure.
Work gap works and after its repair we have to achieve that it is able to transfer the load during the influence of moves (hydroinsulation function). For the ensuring of passage of liquids sealing strips on polyurethane basis or polyurethane sealants are used. On the gaps we apply polyurea and acrylate gels depending on the given problem.
To properly ensure the function of dilatation joint and to prevent leaking of water into the building structure, we fix the sealant to two contact areas.
